Summer is prime season for outdoor picnics, grilling, campfires, and BBQ’s with friends and family. With many of the fun summer activities comes the risk of fire related injuries and damage.

- Keep grill at least 3 feet from siding, deck rails and eaves
- Clean your grill after each use to remove grease build up that could start a fire
- Open your gas grill before lighting

- Place coals from your grill in a metal can with lid after they have cooled
- Always keep watch over your grill, fire pit and patio torches. Do not walk away from them while they are lit
