Flooding from heavy rains

For this storm damage restoration job, our SERVPRO of Mercer County technicians traveled two hours  away from our home base in Greenville to help a family whose basement had severely flooded. This disaster took place not once, not twice, but THREE separate times because of torrential downpours that caused waters to rise far above the downstairs drain. In the image on the left, the silt and dirt is clearly visible as it is covering the whole basement floor.
